The Silver Lining

The Compassion Fashion Project is commited to helping the victims of domestic violence through not only raising awareness of this ever increasing issue, but also by supporting the victims in healing themselves through self- confidence.  Of course, there are many things that shelters and victims are in need of as most of the victims leave their situations with nothing, but the clothes on their backs and their lives.  Imagine how you would feel if you lost everything you ever had just in order to be safe.  The silver lining is that WE can do something about it.  Each of us can start in our own communities by donating goods, services, and of course money.  In these tough economic times, The Compassion Fashion Project is aware that giving to others can be hard right now, but is absolutely necessary.  We have to find creative ways to reach out locally and find ways to improve our communities, protect mothers and children, and stop domestic violence in its tracks.  I will be adding ideas and ways to improve your communities, but I need your help!  This is the time for a revolution.  If you are on board with me, please join The Compassion Fashion Project's community by joining this blog today and helping make our world a safer and happier place.  We can all do something.  Are you with me?
